I-360 with I-130 approved
Hello!
Has anyone here applied for an I-360 with an I-130 already approved but the I-485 still pending? Do you know if an approved I-130 can help with your I-360?

It was approved before I filed for VAWA!

@Grace 001 same boat , I’m still waiting for my i360 since April 2022 , I received 3 PF .

It does help, since one of the requirements to meet under WAVA is that you were in a bonafide marriage, and the I-130 does just that. USCIS already recognized your marriage as bonafide, so one less hurdle to go through once you apply for your I-360.

you have to write to USCIS telling them to hold your 130 to turn it into a 360 then you file your 485 but if you already have a 485 let them know they have it.
