I-360 vawa( request for additional evidence)
hi,i got notification on lawfully vawa I-360 for Request for additional evidence for my case August 2022.but still I didn’t get any letters through my lawyer. could anyone please tell me how can I handle this situation . it’s been almost 17 months since I received notification.

you’re second person from this morning,getting RFE after waiting long time, wait until getting letter,than submit request document. this is stressful 😥 . did you get any Prima Facie befor , what documents did you submit at the beginning?

depende de lo k diga la carta donde esta la x eso es lo k debes envía a mi me pidieron prueba moral y lo envié hace un año no mean respondido

hope : still I didn’t get my RFE . but it’s been almost 17 months. my lawyer said not received yet from uscis

If he didn't send another letter asking for more evidence, that's fine. what you sent is enough for them. awaits the decision. good luck

@yuva s are you tracking your case on the USCIS.GOV website? sometimes letters get missing in transit or they say they sent it but they didn’t. This happened to me sometime ago, the said they said a NOID but I never got it and then my case was decisioned without me knowing. You need to reach out to them.
