I-360 Vawa pending remarriage ,I485 filed again after remarriage
My Vawa case was pending when I got remarried, Now I filed all my paper again. Vawa case was in Vermont but new filing is in NBC.Whever I call USCIS they advise me to send a letter to Vermont service center. Haven’t got any updates , don’t know if USICS will reuse my fingerprints. Any advise

hey did they 1. refuse your old i130 application before or during your vawa applying 2. remarrying does that not raise suspicion

No they did not refuse I130. I didnt went on my old I485 interview after I filed for Vawa because we got separated and I filed for a divorce.

He sure can remarry and refile through his new spouse, don’t scare him, he just will have his VAWA CANCELLED so it’s not anything big unless the second marriage ain’t legit then he will have reasons to panic

both the marriage were legit.I want my i360 to get deny, I already refiled my i130 based on remarriage. I filed for divorce 6months after Vawa and after divorce I got married in 1.5 months.because divorce took a good 1.4yrs due to COVID.

plus 1.5 months means 1 year 5 month correct and plus 6 month equal almost 2 years

I’m not scaring him . I just said it’s not good because they will cancel her i360 . but if he is okay with that . then good luck .

Immigration law said you cannot remarry while waiting on pending vawa.
You can be in trouble with the law.
I have been waking over 2 years to remarry.
I set my wedding date 📅 for October 2923 and had to cancel.
Got my wedding dress and everything planned.
I was given strick advice from my Immigration lawyer.Also read on Google about the consequences
