I-360 VAWA
Does anyone have the same situation as I am (19 years old under mother’s vawa). They sent something but usps failed to deliver, we called already and the address has been adjusted, and we haven’t received anything till now. Please enlighten me because I’ve been really an overthinker on this journey because mom filed on March of 2022, Also they sent something on April of 2024 but usps failed to deliver again which repeatedly happen on August of 2025. I don’t know what’s in that mail, but I’m also terrified. I’ve longing for an approval for my i-765 and for my 10 year green card. Also I don’t see my i-485 receipt, or is it under the i-360 (all one together? Pls help me

vawa address update not done by phone or website we need to submit by paper . changing address very difficult to verify what address they have in their system they won’t talk by call with out confirmation of our data . please consult a good lawyer. especially Vawa kind cases they maintain secrecy due to privacy and security concerns they won’t tell exact data by phone .

Did your mom used a lawyer whiles filing? if she did, another letter would have been sent to your attorney office. also u should have gone to your local usps office to make a complain.

@Said Khan I think is a good idea if you rent a PO BOX that way your mail goes straight to one adress.
did your mom use lawyer ?
