what do you mean they reconsider. do you mean you got approved and then disapproved after or what? I’m confused

what about your prima facie? you can use it for Financial aid

@yoly g yes will just have to wait and hopefully get approved before I have to apply to law school

@Nicki M yes, they approved my petition i-360 on Jan 5th 2023 and then took it back to reconsider the decision on January 9th. I was devastated! now I’m waiting for the approval/decision so that I can file my form 485.

this is ridiculous, after them taking too long to make a decision they make it even more complicated and take the decision back to reconsider, this is complete BS, this uscis organization needs to improve asap

@shan Luke , yes prima facie will help. that is what I'm currently using for my degree... I gt finacial aid, scholarship and student loan. try it! just explain to your school finance department about third step verification for vawa recipients... you should be good with prima facie

@bibi bi yes it’s a very complicated process! sometimes I cannot sleep. I want to get my law degree and improve my life but the immigration process makes it so hard. pray for me

@Merciful God🙏 Merciful God thank you for this information. I will give it a try. I am going to sit the law school admin test in June and I will apply for law schools for fall 2025. I am hoping I would get that green card by then 🙏🏽
