I-360 RFE
I got an RFE for my I-360. My legal representative says it's for a biometrics appointment. They were supposed to email me a copy of the notice but I didn't get it and now they're closed.
Does that sound right? I didn't know that USCIS asks for biometrics for the I-360. I can't see any of the notices online. Is it possible to see them online?

i think uscis dont send RFE for biometrics, they send another notice.

@Fara R they do ask for biometrics but I never heard about it being through RFE. Please make sure you find out what it is.

@Yana Yana ok.. I'm guessing I got two different things. My biometrics appointment and also an RFE for the VAWA, which my legal representative doesn't have yet since they just mailed it last week.

check your mailbox, they send me biometric for 360 in July 2021 and biometric for 765 & 485 April 2022

No dear… It’s probably an evidence to your case. Either good moral and character, proofs of good Faith marriage or more proofs of the abuse. At least for me that’s what they asked in the RFE of my I-360
