I-360 Fingerprint appointment missed

Fingerprints given for I-764,I-131,I-485 : Feb ,2026
Hi, I missed my I-360 fingerprint appointment due to a health issue. Later, I realized that I had missed the appointment, so I requested a new fingerprint appointment and received a service request number. However, I have not received any response for the past 30 days. Could you please let me know how I should proceed next, or if I need to call again to reschedule the fingerprint appointment?

I just got mine after 2 months, I missed my biometrics appointment due a late mail from usps, I called USCIS and let them know, now I receive a new one, very frustrating

call them early in.the morning and try to speak with them..

I miss biometric and i went for the appointment the following day, and I was given the to do it.

@Polo Poli its been more than 4 months since I requested for reschedule biometrics appointment, could you please help me if you have any other solution? I have called 3 to 4 times and response is same everytime saying that it’s still reviewing at the office

@vinay Kumar , just call USCIS and speak to a representative, tell him that you want to do a call request with an officer about your biometric appointment and then they will explain to you that you will receive a call from them
