i-360 biometrics
hey guys I have a question about biometrics on i-360, I applied for it in may 2021 then few months later I applied for i-485 but I’ve never received a letter for biometrics. For my working permit that I applied for during that time the used fingerprints from my marriage case and I just recently did biometrics again in august for my working permit again. is it normal that I never received a notice for fingerprints?

mine was like you, they issued my work permit without telling me about biometric, I assumed they reused my marriage one , around couple of months later,they sent me a new biometric appointment with class 3 . However; I am waiting for 10,5 months to get my approval on my 765 renewal. Just sent me a notice which shows that notice is valid for 540 days , but on last Friday USCIS changed policy of renewal 765 . Noone knows what thay are F doing.

@L R no I havent, my first working permit application was denied with the reason being that I didnt file any i-485 with the court since I was in removal proceedings, It took uscis 2 years to make a decision on that application and now I just re-applied in may for a new one. So I never got a work permit from my vawa yet, I also suspect that I have a bad lawyer

@hope hope they are very confusing, I feel like even lawyers have no idea what is going on
