I haven’t done any inquiries at all, they did screw me up though, because they were sending some of my letter to my old address then, they denied me because they said I neglected the letter, had to get a lawyer to help me file for notice of appeal or motion. so I had to send them the rfe and motion at the same time. In 2024 they approved my i-131 and my I-765 I only received my work authorization card didn’t receive the travel documentation.

@Teacup no it is not, they actually denied for negligence when it was their fault that they were sending some of the mails to my old address. The correspondence is for RFE and appeal of motion.

@Manifest Law mine is January 2021 no rfe 10 prima facie work and travel permit I received my marriage case denied back in 2019 i fill up again 2020 and than my supose mess me over again bunch of threat abuse and did not want to come to interview so i fill up vawa i did inquiry it was saying background and security. checj do u think i still can be approv after this long wait and also background check is last step? like they complete everything just waiting background. check thank you

@April 04 2022 Yes September 10th 2024 they denied me, because they were sending my mail to the old address mind you I did change of address and some of the mails I was receiving them from my new address. They said I neglected the mails, because they sent RFE and they didn’t get any response. funny thing I was calling them all the time. I even went to Hartford office. I had to file for appeal of motion

OMG I'm sorry to read about your story, this should of been fixed a long time ago but I think you are getting closer, RFE is a good sign. I sent my RFE around the time you did and they haven't answered me either. My date to send an inquiry to USCIS is in July. What date did you reapply?

@April 04 2022 Thank you my dearest, everything happens for a reason I know God is moving things forward for all of us here. Amen thank you for the words of encouragement. I reapply October 2024, they received my correspondence June 2025 now I’m just waiting for them to send a response.
