what was it based on, denial I mean?

@Way Maker it’s my husband’s (main sponsor) tax returns so we got a joint sponsor for the first RFE and submitted all the documents. For the I-29B we sent the most recent tax returns and we added documents that we didn’t send to show that it’s a bonafide marriage.

mine took 2 weeks. my denial was based on affidavit of support from a sponsor

@Lil san no I reopened my case I-29B. After that it was reopened, I received an RFE for my medical.
