I-290B timeline recently?
I recently filed an I-290B Motion to Reopen in May 2025 after my I-485 was denied due to missing tax return transcripts. I’ve now submitted the correct documents and the fee was accepted — just waiting for movement.
I’d love to hear from anyone who filed an I-290B in 2025 (especially for I-485 marriage-based cases). When did you hear about the reopen decision and how’s the timeline when your I-485 reopens?

same thing happened to my son’s case,I filed end of March for 290B and got approved and the case was reopened on the 9th of May.

I tried to do that my lawyer informed me it was a bad idea because it would take to long to get approved she said it would be better if I refiled AOS WHICH I DID AND IT worked out faster and in my favor it maybe different for everyone but that’s what I was told
