Waiting decision on i-140 under EB1C
Hi, is anyone have recent approvals of i-140 under EB1-C category under Premium Processing? USCIS has recieved it on 03/17/2025. I understand its 45 business days, but wondering for others. Also, does this delay means RFE ? or USCIS would generally send RFE earlier in PP?

did you filed as a premium from the begening or you just upgrading from Regular

Yeah, filed as PP from the beginning.

I filed EB1-A with PP, which is 15 days for this category. Got RFE on 14th day. After they received my response they approved my case on 13th day (out of new 15-day deadline).

they didn’t challenge any evidences I filed. which is considered as a good sign. they asked 1) to clarify how US would benefit from
my talent 2) what specifically I’ll do as my primary job

i did twice, chatted to live agent and she said that.. “call on customer care no. with attorney or petitioner present”
