I-140 processing under EB1C and promotion
my I-140 case is processing under EB1C and I am offered a promotion from manager to senior manager with same company, same project and same team. Role is not going to change as well. will this impact my I-140? I filed for I-485 along with my I-140.

no impact at all, just be sure that you have filed for at least 180 days

there are no impacts with promotion. my I-140 is not yet approved. waiting to upgrade to premium processing once they activate the process in June

@Kh A , how would you know the codes? My I -140 is already approved and filed I-485 in Dec 2021. My job profile and duties remains the same but got a promotion. Will this have an impact on my GC?
