i-140 pending + i-1485 + i-765
I'm Venezuelan( born)/Argentine. I have a pending EB2-NIW (I-140 filed March 2025). Now that the bulletin is current, I want to file my I-485 + I-765.
With the recent 2025/2026 memos (adjudicative hold for Venezuelans), is it possible to get the EAD approved while the I-140 is still pending? Or is the EAD also frozen under the new security reviews? Appreciate any recent experiences.

Apply as a Argentine citizen and get EAD card. Otherwise both are frozen, I think because my friend from Nigeria is not getting any of them.
