i-140 pending + i-1485 + i-765
I'm Venezuelan( born)/Argentine. I have a pending EB2-NIW (I-140 filed March 2025). Now that the bulletin is current, I want to file my I-485 + I-765.
With the recent 2025/2026 memos (adjudicative hold for Venezuelans), is it possible to get the EAD approved while the I-140 is still pending? Or is the EAD also frozen under the new security reviews? Appreciate any recent experiences.

Similar case over here, according to my research and what I’ve gathered from Reddit and sources, it goes by country of birth no matter how many citizenships you have…
I’ll say go ahead and file, get receipt notice and wait. Also, I read from Reddit that not filling 131 could accelerate the process. best of luck!!!
