I-140 filed in June-2021 and I-485 in Nov-2022
Hi! From India. EB1C. My i-140 was filed in June-2021 and got approved in May-2022. My i-485, i-131 and i-765 filed in Nov-2022. My i-131 and i-765 got approved last week. My PD shows June-2021. I wonder if my PD is relevant if my i-485 was filed in Nov 2022? anyone in similar boat? any guesstimate when can I expect i-485 approved?

I140 filing date is your PD. so yours is current. I485 takes 6-12 months from I485 filing date for decision.

thanks ti r! appreciate the inputs. so independent of what PD it is, it takes about 6-12 months? am at about 150 days so still a long way to go! 😀

@Nope Nope Yes. PD should be current. After that it is all based on your luck. you could get it by 6 months or it could take upto 12 months no one can predict.

my eb1 pd is 2011 (on i140) and I have been waiting since 200+ days already for my 485. I hope our 485s get approved soon.

@truthful person I feel that if they approved I-131 and/or I-765, they plan to take longer on I-485. 😄 as there is no real need at that point for I-485 as one could continue to work through EAD and can travel abroad through AP. Hope I am wrong! 😀

My PD is Oct 13 2022
Filed concurrently and EAD approved on Dec 2 2022 and I140 approved on Dec 21 2022
I485 status went to case remains pending on Feb22 2023 as the dates retrogressed.
Eagerly waiting for I131 approval
