I-140 EB1C
Hi,
I applied I-140 in EB1C in premium on 30th June 2025 along with I-485 concurrently as my priority date was current (EB2 to EB1). It's been 40 days, but there is no response on the I-140. is that common ?. Also, my I-485 is in step 4. Does it mean I don't need to attend interview?

EB1C PP is for 45 business days. be patient, they are probably working on it

My I-485 was filled concurrently November 2024, and ever since the biometrics in January 2025 it is on step 4. Emma said the interview is not waived for now, though. Go figure…

@V N was your i140 and aos approved?my case is similar to your. Filed concurrently in May 2025 and i140 approved in 42 days. Still waiting on i485 approval since biometrics in June 2025.

yes I got RFE and responded and approved 30 days after that
