I-140 and I-765 approved, I-131 and I-485 pending.
I have the I-131 without change since the beginning. On November 30th, I sent the I-485 (RFE) medical exams. Has anyone had the same case? How long should I receive news from I-485 or I-131?

what is your priority date? my I131 has been pending since December 2022. only 765 approved and my PD is sept 2022. USCIS is very unpredictable and they have being very slow with i131 approvals.

@T. G. @Jun S My priority date for I-140 is March 10th 2023. Which of the 2 is more important? I-140 is already approved but I-485 case is pending.

@J C One person has only one PD.. The date when you submit I-140.. in case of NIW
