I applied for the I-131 and I-765 on May 23, 2024. According to the USCIS processing times, the average wait time is 11 months. Starting July 1, based on USCIS processing times, I will be able to submit an inquiry because I still havenβt received any response regarding the I-131. What are the chances that, once I file a case inquiry for being outside normal processing time, my case might be reviewed faster? Has anyone had a similar experience?

You can't summit any enquiry now because it not due for enquiry till September 9. if you do they not gonna respond. And don't follow proccessing timeline it could be more than 11month or less than 11month. so go relax and wait...

@ina lois If I go to the USCIS website, it says that starting July 1st I can submit an inquiry
