I-131 showing fingerprints after move to new office
I've seen many others case was moved to a new office/jurisdiction.
mine moved 2 days after I sent in more evidence to expedite my case for RTD. Now after it moved, it did show the fingerprints notification.
i'm curious if the same thing happened to the other people whose i-131 was moved to another office? any idea when I'll hear back on my expedite request? check out my timeline here!

hey @love singh , I see that your expedite request was denied, mind sharing how long it took you to get a response for expedite request? and if it was health related or financial or something?

485 filed the same fine with i131, that one was also moved to another office but like a month ago or so

I applied on January 2023 and still waiting .

Same here. Photo and fingerprints are applied but nothing more. Not sure how long does it take to get approved but this is a good progress.

@Immigration Guy according to my overview of cases, the only reason to expedite is terminal illness with medical proof. As far cases being moved from national benefits center to a local office it is a relatively new thing. we could guess if it would speed up or slow down cases. I waited my for 1.5 years.

thank you for the comment @Alex B , I did actually provide the medical proof and everything so just waiting to get a response on that. it was just kind of weird that they asked for additional evidence and then moved my case right after.

@Immigration Guy there was a gentleman here who asked to expedite his i131 due to relative bad health, they approved his i131 and then he filed expedited i485. I lost track of him.. he was form Afghanistan.

interesting, I'll try to look that up. I've never seen a i485 getting expedited.
