yes I talked to them, they said wait 30 days to get a response on expedite request

I dont want to disappoint you, they will not look at the application or expedite it, (they have so many applications to deal with) unless you talk to the congressman or a senator and show them these documents of your ill father.

I'm going to wait until next week so it is 1 month since expedite request and then I'll both reach out to them and the congressman or senator

Your form for i131 might be approved. Tried to expedite too , got rejection after 10 days. Your case is pending more then 40 days and this is might be a good sign.

@Immigration Guy why dont you get emergency appointment . they usually give the appointment in a day or 2. you just need to have al hospital or doctors reports needed as proof of emergency. you can get emergency AP on the same day iof interview

@Immigration Guy , didn't travel with RTD. Got first one , but didn't have enough time and finances to travel. Now I'm waiting a new one, since Sept 2023.

@christian lutare oh really? so you are saying as an asylee I should take AP and my country of origin's passport and go? use the passport of the country I ask protection from? interesting!

@Immigration Guy I think you are asylee & you should be good to followup the expedite for RTD. You can ask live agent on Emma the progress of the expedite request. Any update?

no success so far. they said wait 1 week for response on expedite, then wait 1 month, 1 month passed they said we can run another request for expedite, they're ridiculous
