I-131 (Reentry Permit)
Hello. I need help.
✓ They got my I-131 (reentry permit) at 16 April, 2024.
✓ They issued an acknowledgement receipt (I-797C) at 29 April, 2024 (I have got in mail 1 week later)
In the receipt they said: "If we determine you must submit biometrics, we will mail you a biometrics appointment notice with the time and place of your appointment."
Now today is May 21. One month passed after filing the form.
• When can I get the Biometrics Appointment? And which date can the appointment be?
• I need to go outside within June. Can I make it after doing the Biometrics?
Please, help me out.

They will pick the date and time for your biometric, it’s not something you can schedule. Also AP is taking about 5-6 month for some people to get it approved, hopefully it’s a different case for you. Good luck!
