I-131
So I have been asking questions about this I-131 form but no one answers. I initially asked if anyone has ever requested an appointment due to a family emergency/ death and have gotten through? I now understand that process and will share our experience if anyone wants to hear. Does the field office and NBC share info? Do they eventually see that you were approved or not for travel outside the country while I-130 and I-485 is pending; and does that influence the process in any way? Anyways my husband lost his grand mother and I requested an appointment online to go into the field office and we were fortunate enough to have given the chance to travel together I’m so excited. I just pray that it will be smooth sailing coming back into the country. They gave my husband just a month for which we are grateful so now he can actually see family and get to attend his grandma’s funeral after not being able to travel for years.

the 131 doesn’t impact the other cases. but they will know if he’s out of the country and send an RFE for his latest i94 before he’s approved for his greencard while away. enjoy your travels

Approval of AP will not impact the decision if any other case. Field office and NBC is USCIS, they have all your info.
Enjoy the trip.
Your husband must take the original copy of AP, he'll need his passport and he will go to secondary inspection. Waiting time there can be from 15 minutes to 2hrs.

latest I-94? oh good to know this. I’m wondering if I can just upload it to our account when we get back so it’s there before they ask for it? also thanks for your responses, I appreciate them.
