I-131 Denied
Hello everybody,
I just saw that my I-131 has been denied after waiting for years. I have I-485 pending. Have you guys experienced this? Is it going to impact my I-485 case?

wait until the reason for denial letter. in many cases uscis denies i31 in error also.

Many people said that when it was denied, it was because the GC was approved. What is your PD? I watched a video on YouTube where someone talked about this.

@ayan are yes I received the letter and it says bc of humanitarian reason. I talked with my lawyer and said it is USCIS error bc my case does not fall under humanitarian parole.
