i-131 case closed benefit received by other means
I got a notice from USCIS telling me i-131 case closed benefit received by other means
someone know what’s that mean ?
And will I also get my travel document same time my Green card ?

No, your I-131 is NOT APPROVED. Rather, your Green card has been approved. So you don’t need the i-131 travel document and that is why it has been closed. You will get only Green card and not I-131 because again, you don’t technically need the i-131 if you have your Green card approved

I submitted it Dec 2021, June 2022 was when I received that notification. I called and the lady was like do you have your greencard I said no, she was like this is strange. Then she made an inquiry for a Tier 2 officer to call me. To present day NO ONE has called or emailed.

I submitted for 131 renewal in august 2021 and 1-290b for case reopening in nov 2021
