was your i140 approved before EAD? I think i140 approval is a must before i131 can be approved

@Felipe cruz my i-765 and i-131 submitted 12/2021. I received them 05/2023. No expedite

@ben jamin yes, I got everything approved except for 131 and 485. and it's at National Benefits Center...

@Thanh Pham I guess your i140 had been approved after you received your EAD, that might explain why your advance parole didn’t get approved at the same time.

@ben jamin I didnt notice that. but yes, my i140 was approved 1 month after I got my EAD hmm
