I have used it 6 times with no problem at all.

I had an issue in Vienna bc the the airport staff never seen this kinda document.I took all my documents and tried to explain what is this for.After 15-20min she gave up and told me just GO.When I have arrived to JFK everything went smoothly, they took me to the office to get the stamp.

I traveled with my family and we had no problems at all. They only stopped to update their system and stamp the parole. They also updated our address.

@Bill : ) i was wondering if they will have problem with people who have overstayed the student visa. but maintained status until i485 filed. i am here for 9 years, came on student visa. maintain student status for almost 8 years. i Am thinking of using advance parole this month.

dont worry they will take you to the office just to check your information and let you re entering back

Me gustaría saber que significa que solo me sellaron por un año, puedo volver a viajar después de la fecha indicada en el sello, que pasa si viajo después del 5 enero 2025 ??? In my passport they put a stamp that says the following, until: January 5, 2025 Purpose DA. @Jhon mateo every time I travel and come back I get a stamp for one year with the note DA , it means something like AOS.
