I-131
Hey guys has anyone here applied for an I-131 due to a family emergency or a death and got through? How soon do they respond to your request if so?

i reached out to my congressman on 6/12 they responded 6/13 and sent them all my evidence on 6/14. they reached out to USCIS for me with a family health emergency request and just got my i-131 approved yesterday! so about 2-2&1/2 weeks in total

this is amazing. I didn’t think to reach out to my congressman. I just did the forms and wrote a letter with his I-485 receipt. I really hope everything works out. thanks for your response.

so I requested an appointment at my local field office Sunday night online from our USCIS account and Monday afternoon my husband got a call from an officer who gave us an appointment for next Tuesday.
