I-130 working in Nebraska Service Center. Does someone knows how long are you going to get approved after you got a message from them saying that your case is taking longer than expected to process?

hi Diego
compare your timeline with the timelines of the others here in this forum. Apparently Nebraska Center needs about 320 to 340 days to approve the I-130.

@Diego Carmona , unnecessary… mine is pending with Nebraska since June 5, 2022. and others here are in the same boat. most are at least 14-15 months. mine is at 15.5 months now hopefully any day I will hear something from them. Nebraska is the worst.

@Ray M I got this message from them and a lot people that their cases are in Nebraska. It’s taking your approval around 10-12 after they got the same message as me.

@Ray M. I feel bad about your case, stay positive and the best advice is don’t think all the time in that. It’s supposed to be Nebraska one of the most fastest Service Center, but now they have a lot of cases.

@Ray M. I saw your case status and it’s taking more time because you’re in a counselor process and those cases takes more time to process
