I did! we submitted the i-130 last June 2021, were approved and sent to NVC in March 2022, became documentarily qualified in June 2022, received interview email September 2022 and he had his interview in October 2022. unfortunately he got stuck in administrative processing so now we’re just waiting

Hello, Mrs. H. Our from I-130 was Approved on November 19 ,2022 (9months) at the Vermont service center after we submitted an Expedite Request. On November 25 Pettion was sent to the NVC .We tried to expedite it again, but the embassy in Armenia did not approved it . After we’ll be Documentary Qualified at the NVC we’ll try to send another expedite Request . I am the beneficiary of us citizen waiting for the interview in Armenia . let me know about your journey

This is what we received: Thank you for your patience. We sent your request to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in ARMENIA. However, they cannot expedite this case. To be fair to all applicants, the Department of State schedules immigrant visa interviews in the order that the cases complete processing at the NVC. We will continue to work with you on this case. After we receive the required fees and review the documents, we will schedule a visa interview appointment. We want to reappeal after DQ at the NVC
