i can't say 100%, but almost everytime i see someone get a 2nd actively reviewing status, their case is approved the next day or few days.

people usually get approved next day after they get the second notification of “activley being reviewed”

I had the same. but my status “I-130 was received”. today it was updated again with the same status.

mine went to actively reviewed by USCIS on May 5 2021 after submission on May 1 2021 … I am praying to hear approval soon because there is still a long wait at my husbands embassy for interviews so faster he gets in queue the faster he can come home … I know everyone is in similar situations ..😞 shouldn’t take years to be with your spouse

@ministy agreed! We filed ours through the mail and they received it on March 31st. Then it switched to Actively reviewed on Apr 2nd. Similar to yours. Let's hope it goes quickly!

@paul s I used online filing .. Said Nebraska on the receipt notice online … I don’t have a NOA1 actual 797c yet not even online PDF but they said it was received and gave me my receipt number on my status … but when I ask Emma they said California …

@ministy Our receipt also said Nebraska online. We got the text receipt on the 31st, the NOA1/797c came like almost a month later. We never got the PDF either, just like you. Ours also appears to be at the California center, according to the online chat.
