I-130 update
I received an update on my I-130 saying we mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials.
Just curious what the instructions can be. I have been on this process for years

@ it seem like a Notice Of Intend To Deny( NOID) which is more scary than a RFE. I Hope it's something than can be fixed easily when you get the letter

definitely not rfe for medical, this status is not for i-485.
It is NOID for I-130.

@M J You might be right but someone was telling me it might be DNA test for my kids to be sure they are actually mine. @shanikay p I don’t think is NOID because I received a RFE before, I have 3kids with my wife, a house together and several proof of bonafide marriage the only but was the guy that help me file my documents was arrested because he used to forge documents for people
