I-130 timeline on track..
My husband and I filed with our immigration attorney in October 2020, received receipt from USCIS 9 December and it has been processing in Texas since 5 January 2021. So curious when we will hear from USCIS so that I can finally move from the Netherlands to our NJ home!

No, nothing yet. I don’t know if that’s because US immigration have my biometrics already from my many visits, or because that will be done during my interview at the US consulate in Amsterdam. I’ll first need to hear back from USCIS.

receipt notice may state that ur case is being processed at Texas but it could be in California but you have to chat or call them to find out. it can take from 6 weeks to 18 months to get approval from USCIS. historically it's usually under 12 months to get approval if there aren't any red flags.
