I 130 taking forever
I am now officially more than 3 years plus on this journey and still no headway. I have made a number of enquires @uscis all coming back with ' we are still processing no issues at this time' even when I observe applications of 6 months being approved.
Is anyone experiencing same challenge especially with applications from Nigeria? This is really frustrating. I was only fortunate to get a visitor visa, otherwise wouldn't have seen wife in more than 3 years. Anyone facing same, or is it peculiar to Nigeria?
