I-130 Status Spouse Of Permanent Resident
Hi, I enter my case I130 in California on 11/07/2019 for my wife. In 10/21/2020 I send a claim to uscis for the delay in my case and I receive this email: ------ U.S. Department of Homeland Security P. O. BOX 851488 - DEPT. A TEXAS SERVICE CENTER MESQUITE,TX 75185 The status of this service request is: We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received. ------- Questions: 1. What that's mean that email or is standard email 2. Why they transfered my case to Texas and they don't let me know nothing about that. 3. Could you know an estimate date to receive any decision from Uscis? Thanks

My opinion it's to early for a decision the EAD take usually 4 to 6 now with this viruses until 12 months.

I get it I am saying that it's to early to worry about your case people waiting long time for biometric and EAD a lot going on out there. I refiled all forms and evidences in September no receipts yet.

I appreciate your help but EAD or biometrics is not my kind of case. My case follow this line USCIS, after that NVC and after that Embassy.

@aleco17 I think your date should be 11/07/2019 right not 2020, since that date have not yet arrive.

so that's why Azul is saying you should not worry because at first glance it look like you applied just recently so that's why he's saying not to worry it's too early when you have been actually waiting a year. Everything is being slow, as Azul said EAD normal takes 2-4 months to be approved you have ppl waiting 7 months now and nothing so an I-130 that usually takes around a year will mostly like take up to a year and a half or more. At my field office you have ppl waiting for almost 2 years, smh 😔

I'm waiting for a year exactly now and Texas have a priority day on 2020 but I can't put a claim because my case entered by California but Texas sent me the answer of my question days ago.
