i-130 standalone taking forever
Are they others going through this ? USCIS says my case was at the CA Service Center ( which takes 14.5 months as processing time) and got moved to Cleveland FO. How do you get hold of a FO about your case? what should i do ?

@Debbie Amarachi how long is I-130 processing time for California Service Center? NBC is 50 months. I haven't gotten RFE for mine as well, at least nothing under I-130.

I just checked, for California Service Center, current processing times for Form I-130 for U.S. citizens filing for a spouse beneficiary is 14.5 months, while for lawful permanent residents filing for a spouse beneficiary is 28.5 months.

@Debbie Amarachi no rfe. i contacted Emma and she said my case is at the FO and they can't see what stage it is at over there. now am more confused on howlong cleveland FO takes to make a decision. i am a usc filing for my spouse who is in the USA with me
