its Been 10months now and nothing heard from USCIS Nebraska Center regards My petition...Aug.21,2020 till now June 2021...any clue...waiting for approaval...

are you sure that your case is really in Nebraska? sometimes they change where is the place that will process your case, so can delay

and I saw case that people sent in may 2021 and had the approved in this month now (June)

my case was in Nebraska and then moved to Vermont. now is been 2 years and not approval

they should atleast inform us if they decided to move the case to other location....

you can ask Emma to speak to a live agent then they can inform you of where you case is. but if it is listed as Nebraska online, you can file an “outside of normal processing times” inquiry and you will get a response from whichever center your case is actually at. mine said Nebraska (PD Oct 2020, spouse) and I got a reply from Potomac basically saying to be patient

Allison Pearson...i tried to filled up the outside proccessing time but it said( my petition is currently within the posted proccessing time) i guess have just to wait...thanks

I think that means your case isn’t in Nebraska anymore. I would call or use the Emma chat and ask to speak to a live agent then ask where your case is so you can get a better idea of the expected processing time

din fer: on the USCIS website an “Ask Emma” option should pop up or you can pick it from the menu. its a chat with a computer but just say you want to chat with a live agent then it will ask why and pick the “case status” option then they will connect you with an agent who you can ask. It’s a little harder to get to talk to a live agent over the phone. But if you call the main USCIS phone number and say the reason you are calling is “technical difficulties” then they will connect you with a live person and you can ask

it's very easy to talk with live agents I call them every other day to tell them they've to hurry up just call and say you need to get your receipt number and never got it and you will be contacting with the agent less than a minute
