my wife filled my case online 22 march 2021 and April 15 receive the receipt notice that describe your case is received at our Nebraska center and your case number is IOE.................. and still i'm waiting nothin update just say that As of August 4, 2021, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE....................... Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything.

maybe.they move it? mine was in nebraska too and after its out of ifs normal processing we called them and found out that it was move to vermont.

My pd is 21 march 2021 and Nebraska center. Have been on active review since 28 April till dateā¦.have called and put in 4 expedite request but still nothing was done

wow 4 expedite? we were trying again too for expediting ....hope there will be a chance now cause they asked for evidence.unlike the 1st one that they just denied .

@ruby yes 4ā¦.after submitting evidence for the last one they sent me this
āAccording to our records, your Form I-130 petition has been placed on a temporary processing hold while requisite security checks remain ongoing. Such measures are mandatory for all petitions, irrespective of the benefit sought. Regrettably, delays are sometimes unavoidable due to the high volume of petitions received and the number of checks conducted. As such, we are unable to consider a request for expedited processing while security checks are in process.ā

financial and humanitarian reasonsā¦. (my spouse was pregnant, the whole thing was taking a toll on me financially, physically and mentally). but they do not care

pls how do I request for an expedited service.
if they sent an RFE, how long after I responded is it going to be out of its normal processing timeā¦.60 days? I submitted I-130 in March, they asked for RFE in august, I responded in October, they accepted and updated- back to actively reviewing. is it past normal processing time? at this point, can I ask for an expedited service and how?
