Hello I am a USA citizen, and my brother, along with his family, lives in Pakistan. They have three kids. I want to apply for immigration for him. How many I-130 forms do I need to file? TIA

only 1 application for your brother and his family (wife and kids). but it usually takes from 10 to 16 years

bro don't apply it takes too much time.You can first apply for ur parents and then they can apply for ur brother .It will be a bit faster.

it would take almost the same time as first the parents application would take a couple of years and when they get here they are filing for their kids immediately. there are certain other potential hurdles. so applying for your brother is the best option
