I-130 RFE waiting for response
it’s been over 3 months since I submitted my RFE to USCIS I called them today to check the status and customer service (tier 1) sent a request to (tier 2) and said I should hear something within a month. is anyone else here experiencing any problems with this

@ Eric fredericks ,I did through Emma and I chatted with an agent and she said RFE was received on April 4 so I have to wait for 60 business days before they will get back to me.

eu enviei a minha e receberam dia 7 de abril, aí 12 de junho apareceu na conta q tinham marcado entrevista, daí logo depois dizendo q foi cancelada e na mesma hora apareceu “actively reviewed” n to entendendo mais nada
