I-130 rfe. bona fide marriage documents.
I got an rfe on marriage documents. it’s asking for affidavits and supplemental documents.
I would greatly appreciate if you guys can pitch in what you guys have submitted.
who can provide affidavit’s. it’s says third party. who is considered third party. close family like father in law and uncle and aunts?
what supplemental document were provided.

a letter from someone who attended your wedding or someone who knows both of y’all. it has to be notified by the person who’s writing it. joint lease agreement, bank account statements, insurance or whatever you or him are on together, pictures, life insurance if any , child birth certificate if any, marriage certificate, flight receipts that both of y’all took, any invitation that has both of y’all names

anyone that can testify to the legitimacy of the marriage - family members that are aware of your relationship, friends, relatives etc. submit everything that proves your marriage is real, so screenshots of you communicating about your everyday life like grocery lists, talking about the home, bills, and stuff that couples do in their average, everyday lives. send evidence of joint accounts if you have any and so on.

letter from your sister ... brother or friend with there details nd some of your pictures you snapped together anytime anywhere. then stating they re aware of ur relationship(marriage) with your spouse..
