puja gurungSep 12, 2022
I don’t know but I did send them all evidence for example marriage certificate, my last name change proof, children birth certificate and our bunch of pictures together before them asking if that makes any difference.
Manish PandeySep 12, 2022

puja gurungSep 12, 2022
inside
Manish PandeySep 12, 2022
oh may be that helped!
Lauren BartonSep 12, 2022
how? filed i130 for my husband March 17th and been in "actively reviewing" since June at Potomac 🙄
Ummehani sSep 12, 2022
is it 2022 or 2021
michelle mSep 12, 2022
Jan 2022. still actively reviewing and I sent everything at the same time. This process is so stressful and ridiculous
Rose ASep 13, 2022
her beneficiary is inside of USA that’s why faster
Lauren BartonSep 13, 2022
Sorry but I feel a beneficiary being OUTSIDE of the country should be processed just as quickly if not more quickly than one already inside the country. Keeping spouses (and other immigrating family members) apart for years is just disgusting IMO.
michelle mSep 14, 2022
I agree. it’s a lot worse waiting outside my life is literally in limbo. USCIS is so difficult to deal with
Lauren BartonSep 14, 2022
@Michelle m yes, very frustrating. and very frustrating to see cases like this approved so quickly just because the beneficiary is already in the US. They're already together able to live as a married couple should. the stress of being 4,000 miles away from my husband and maintaining two separate households and sets of bills in two different countries and being physically apart just waiting indefinitely is beyond maddening. doesn't help that we're not young- we're 46 and 58 and honestly just want our life & time together. USCIS has other plans apparently 🙄
