I-130 petition Withdrawal
after my case pending for over 3 years me and my wife have been having issues, I expressed to her that I want to fix things in our relationship and all over a sudden she has withdrawn her petition from my application. This is totally killing me and depressing me out and i do not know if there’s any way I can appeal for my case because I have no idea wha to do. I would appreciate any piece of advice anyone one in this good community might have for me. There has also been emotional abuse and threats she posted to me but I do not know if that would be enough to help me with my case.

There might be something you can do if you have proof of the threats,etc but you may have to filea new application in a different category. I recommend you speak to a lawyer.

there’s something you can do! if you entered the marriage in good faith, and you have proof of abuse.Speak to a sound lawyer and you may qualify for Vawa

VAWA but now she’s withdrawn it, it’s tricky. Search VAWA on here and speak to a lawyer who specializes in it urgently
