I-130 petition for Alien relative
hi everybody! I have a questions about my case. my husband and I submitted the I-130 on 09/28/2022 since the day we haven’t heard nothing from my case.
I’m worry because the peticionary is US citizen, US Navy
we have a kids together and a lot of evidences about our honest marriage and nothing care to USCIS.
is someone with the same problem?

can’t submit any other application because my attorney told me that I can’t until the I-130 approves and them I one by one. also I think my case is going slow because I’m 2016 I solicit Asylum when I was single I married my husband in 2020 but we submitted the paperwork in 2022 😞

@Carla Toledo that’s not true what ur attorney is saying.. I too am marriage based AOS by my US citizen husband. We filed I-130 with my attorney in March 2023 then April 2023 we concurrently filed I-131,765,485. you do NOT need to wait for one petition to be approved to file the others, I-130 is your base, reason for soliciting an AOS…

yes I know! it’s not right what my attorney is doing but I have wait until my I-130 got prove so I change to a different attorney for sure 🫠🫠
