I-130 pending while in removal proceedings. Court hearing next month.
I’m in removal proceedings with a pending marriage-based I-130. My next court hearing is next month, and I’m worried the judge may order removal before USCIS makes a decision. Has anyone gone through this? Any advice?

they putted me in the same situation because the new rules . Don’t worry because it will be fine and make sure that you have a lawyer to be there with you . I have being married for 9 years with the same spouse and they denied my case where was waiting for 4 years to get answers, after that my attorney diced to restart the new process under the court system to request my i485 in front of the judge and I hope that my new i130 be approved before my master hearing date where the judge can decide to grant my application there . it’s very normal now you go to this process but don’t feel scared and maybe they request new interview or just ask your wife to testimony.

we got same situation, but my Court is in December 2027, I filed my I130 December 2025, talk to your lawyer to gain more time for you approval
