@hi new if you have a pending I-130 and you are filing form I-129f it’s called k3, when the k3 is approved before the i-130 it’s gives your beneficiary the opportunity for him or her to come to the USA and wait on the form I-130 to be approved so he or she will adjust his or her status. @hi new Depends how long ago you filed I-130… but yes, you’re eligible to file I-129f (K-3)

it’s 8 months that I filed for I-130

@hi new If you apply now, it would probably take about 9-10 months to process the K-3. I-130 takes around 14-16 months to process. So, I think waiting for I-130 is probably better and would save you some money. up to you.

k3 visa has no fee

@hi new @JD L if you have already file I-130 and paid for and you are filing k3 it’s no fees to that look it’s up on uscis website. I filled k3 myself before and I’m telling you guys the truth

@p Kay That was before April 1, 2024. Now, there is a fee even if you have a pending I-130. USCIS is continually changing it’s fee schedules.
