I 130 nd I 1864
is there someone who filed I 130 and I 864 together and they got approved or still waiting for approval?

why did you file I130 and I864 together? did they already tranfer your case to NVC?

If you are talking about I-130 filed for immediate relative not in USA, then i864 shouldn’t be submitted together. It will be submitted once your case is approved from USCIS and transferred to NVC and NVC will ask you to fill this form then!
