how much time does Uscis takes to upgrade our case???
after upgrading how much it takes to approve I-130????
Do I need to file k3??

1st USCIS takes around 4 to 5 working days to update category
2nd NSC timeline is 15 months for 80% cases

I did it. So first, I let my lawyer know about my citizenship. However, I rather call USCIS to upgrade the category. They sent an inquiry, next day they asked me to upload my certificate and the same day I got approved for my I30.
