what kind of proof uscis will requiere for long distance marriage ? other than visits

@. umm it is not easy being apart. He has his Colombian passport but unfortunately he needs the Visa to come visit me in the US. He tried getting his Visa over there but was told bcus we were married we had to go through our process. Thankfully I am able to visit him with just my passport bcus I don’t have a Visa either.

@mohammed k yeah the waiting is the hard part plus in sha Allah after I get the approval I have to wait another year and half at the NVC which is crazy. in sha Allah I’ll try to transfer the case to Saudi Arabia for the interview.

@mohammed k the steps are very easy don’t worry about it as long as you provide all the documents that are required by week or so you’ll be documentary qualified.

@mohammed k I honestly don’t really know how long it takes, but I’ve seen people that waited a week to receive it but not sure
