I found a link that lists the following timeline for the I-130 process, but I am not sure how realistic or accurate it actually is right now, in August 2026:Immediate relatives (spouses, parents, unmarried children under 21): ~10–15 months for I-130 approval, no annual visa cap.Family preference categories (F1–F4): same I-130 timeline, plus 2–3 years to 20+ years waiting for a visa number

yes our case falls under scops.. for 130 i live outside of us too.. mine is at Texas service centre what does your service centre says? it's at the bottom left of the receipt

@sia alkubaisi I asked for help to the congressman of my city since my son is a minor , two days after the application was submitted, the congressman's office contacted USCIS and then yesterday we got the answer , in this case they decided to approve the form I-130 , now we are waiting for the NVC answer . my PD is 01/18/2025, we contacted the congressman on 08/18/2026 and the approval was yesterday.
