I’m a military spouse and currently residing outside US. My husband submit my I-130 last 03/03/23 and my application received by USCIS last 07/ 27/ 23. can anyone explain it to me for the next process? or what step should we make to expidate it? my husband is currently deployed. thank you and God bless!

I am also a military spouse and apparently they’re supposed to give us special consideration but that doesn’t seem to be the case.. it’s been over a year since we submitted our case and it’s getting so frustrating 😩
